Ingredients:

Whey Protein Concentrate (MILK), Whey Protein Isolate (MILK, SOY Lecithin), Flavouring, Stabiliser (Xanthan Gum), Sweetener (Steviol Glycosides)

Directions:

Add 1 scoop (30g) to a glass of water (200ml), juice, milk or liquid of choice. Stir with a fork or use a blender to mix. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle.
