FAQ's
1. What is your return policy? We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, contact us via the form above, and you will be given a return address. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the package. Items sent without a return request will not be accepted.

2. How long does shipping take?

3. How much does shipping cost? Shipping costs depend on the total weight of your order and delivery zone. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed rates.
4. Do you offer express shipping? Yes, we offer a Courier Express Service for same-day dispatch if the order is placed before 1 PM (excluding weekends and bank holidays) for an additional £3.00. This does not guarantee next-day delivery.
5. Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship to multiple international zones. However, customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes applicable upon delivery. We are unable to ship to Germany due to LUCID number requirements.
6. How can I track my order? Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email with tracking details. You can track your order here.
7. Do you ship dangerous goods? We can ship dangerous goods by road only (e.g., essential oils, perfumes, room sprays). We cannot send dangerous goods by air.
8. What if my order is lost or delayed? If your order is delayed, please allow up to 7 working days (UK) and 15 working days (international). If your package is lost, contact us at lawaura684@gmail.com.
9. Can I change or cancel my order? Once an order is placed, we process it quickly. If you need to make changes or cancel, contact us immediately at lawaura684@gmail.com. Cancellations are not guaranteed.
10. Do you ship to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses? We cannot ship to PO Box addresses via courier within the UK.
